Meeting Dates
To reconsider
meeting dates for July 9th and September 3rd to
avoid clashing with the Area Board meetings. - Suggest for
July either the 2nd or 16th. For

Correspondence
received/actions to take
a)Notice of Road closure of Jacksoms Lane, Langley
Burrell without and Kington Langley - closed to all traffic to
enable Wessex Water to replace water main. To commence 8th
February 2012 taking approximately 6 weeks to complete.
b)Notice of Road Closure of C375 Sutton lane (Part),
Langley Burrell Without to enable Wiltshire Council to carry
out essential bridge maintenance works. To commence 13th
February 2012 for approximately eight weeks.
c)An email received from Mr Colin Coles expressing his
concern regarding the lack of discussion about damage to
verges and the deferral of this item until the Spring -
especially when the problem is at its worst. He also
expresses concern regarding vehicles driving on various parts
of the Commons.
d)Request from Mrs Cole to apply for the temporary road
closure for the Pancake Race 18th February 2012.
