KINGTON LANGLEY
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
TUESDAY 27 MARCH 2007
RIGHTS OF WAY REPORT
CLLR. DENNIS GILL
The last year has been a quiet one generally. Some small niggles
have been ironed out; however, we do have one case where a path
(No. 5) has been blocked for some time and action is being taken
to resolve the situation.
There have been complaints about 'dog dirt' adjacent to path 34 at
the Silver Street end, remember there is a duty under the Litter
(Animal Droppings) Order 1991 EPA 1990 (Environmental Protection
Act) to remove dog waste from places used and open to the public;
it is an offence not clear up after your pet.
My thanks to those land owners who maintain access to and across
Rights of Way. It is proposed that path 4 (Morrell Lane) will be
cleared again by the Probation Service during the coming year.
