Minutes of the meeting held on 13th June 2005 had been circulated to all Councillors and were agreed by all. On a proposal from Cllr. Mrs. Betty Bird, seconded by Cllr. Ms. Jill Saunders, IT WAS RESOLVED that the Chairman, Cllr. Peter Hart, sign them as a correct record.

MATTERS ARISING

 

(a)     Minute 90.04 Bus Shelter – The Bus Shelter is now complete and is already being  used.

04/02904/FUL - 10 Plough Lane: A Planning Appeal has been raised against the refusal of planning permission for a two-storey rear extension and conservatory. Any comments are to be submitted by 18 July. Cllr. Peter Hart pointed out that the Council has already made its views known to the Planning Department.
